By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to abide by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
Trajetto creates non-binding flight itinerary documents for travel planning, visa consultations, and other administrative uses. The service does not place airline orders, reserve seats, create ticket holds, or issue tickets.
Documents issued by Trajetto are not airline reservations, tickets, or boarding passes and do not grant the right to board an aircraft.
Our core services include:
PDF Itinerary Generation: Receive a professionally formatted PDF with all relevant flight information.
Payment Processing: A service fee is charged through Stripe Checkout to generate the itinerary document.
Document Delivery: Itinerary documents are delivered by email with verifiable reference numbers.
The airline hold option shown in the checkout interface is disabled. Historical hold records remain available for verification, and eligible historical customers may send an email-based booking request to support.
Users are charged a flat fee for each itinerary generated. Payments are processed securely using Stripe Checkout. Once payment is completed, the itinerary is generated and delivered via email. Due to the nature of our service, refunds are not provided unless itinerary or booking was not prepared.
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on the Trajetto website are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Airline availability, schedules, prices, and offer expiration are controlled by airlines and may change without notice. A Trajetto itinerary does not reserve the displayed fare or seat.
In no event shall Trajetto be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to denied visa applications, missed travel opportunities, schedule changes, or expired itinerary documents.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
